It's a done deal—nearly. Ten Procter & Gamble fragrance licenses will transfer to Coty upon regulatory approval and completion of the merger transaction, including Hugo Boss, Gucci, Lacoste, Bruno Banani, Escada, Mexx, James Bond, Gabriela Sabatini, Stella McCartney, and Alexander McQueen.
